1. Delivery of Orders
Goods can be delivered either to the home address in your account or to an alternative address that you can specify during the Checkout process.
Your order will be delivered in the U.K. by Royal Mail or a reputable parcel carrier depending on the shipping method you select during the checkout process.
2. Delivery Charges
For all products purchased online, postage and packaging is charged in addition to the prices shown.
We make every effort to keep our delivery charges as low as possible. The delivery charge depends on the size and weight of the products ordered. You only pay one delivery charge irrespective of the number of products ordered. When you add products to your Shopping Cart the appropriate postage and packaging charges will be automatically calculated. All delivery charges and options will be shown clearly throughout the Checkout process.
Risk in the products will pass to you on delivery.
3. Unwanted Products
Please note that all online sales are final. All products are sold and delivered by Suzuki GT Services on a non-returnable,
non-refundable basis.
4. Faulty Products
If you purchase a product from us which is found to be faulty we will supply a replacement product, arrange for a repair or give you a refund of the purchase price.
Simply email us at spares@suzuki-gt.co.uk with details of the faulty product. We will advise you if the product needs to be returned to us by post. If this is the case, you are advised to return a certificate of posting (available from all Post Offices at no charge).
