1. The contract between us We must receive payment of the whole of the price for the goods that you order before your order can be accepted. Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us. If we cannot supply you with the product or service you ordered, we will inform you of this in writing normally email and, if you have already paid for the product, we will refund you in full as soon as reasonably possible.
2. Ownership of rights All rights, including copyright, in this website are owned by or licensed to Suzuki GT Services. Any use of this website or its contents, including copying or storing it or them in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non commercial use, is prohibited without our permission. You may not modify, distribute or repost anything on this website for any purpose.
3. Accuracy of content
We have taken care in the preparation of the content of this website, in particular to ensure that prices quoted are correct at the time of publishing and that all goods have been fairly described. However, orders will only be accepted if there are no material errors in the description of the goods or their prices as advertised on this website. Any weights, dimensions and capacities given about the goods are approximate only. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Suzuki GT Services disclaims all representations and warranties, express or implied, that content or information displayed in or on this website is accurate, complete, up-to-date and/or does not infringe the rights of any third party.
4. Damage to your computer Suzuki gt Services uses reasonable efforts to ensure that this website is free from viruses and other malicious or harmful content. However, we cannot guarantee that your use of this Website (including any content on it or any website accessible from it) will not cause damage to your computer or other device. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have the right equipment (including antivirus software) to use the website safely and to screen out anything that may damage or harm your computer or other device. Except where required by applicable law, Suzuki GT Services shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage they suffer as a result of viruses or other malicious or harmful content that they access from or via the website.
5. Availability All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. If the Goods you have ordered are not available within 7 days, we will contact you (if you have given us details). You will have the option either to wait until the item is available from stock or to cancel your order.
6. Ordering errors You are able to correct errors on your order up to the point on which you click on “submit” during the ordering process.
7. Product and service descriptions We have taken reasonable precautions to try to ensure that prices quoted of the website are correct and that all products have been fairly described. However, when ordering products or services through our website, please note that: Orders will only be accepted if there are no material errors in the description of the goods or services or their prices as advertised on the website All prices are displayed in pounds sterling Packaging may vary from that show on the website The weights, dimensions and capacities shown on the website are approximate only Whilst we try to display the colours of our products accurately on the website, the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor and we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the product (s) you have ordered are not available.
8. Payment terms We will charge you for payment upon despatch of your order, We accept no liability if a delivery is delayed because you did not give us the correct payment details. If it is not possible to obtain full payment for the goods from your account then we can cancel the contract and or suspend any further deliveries to you. This does not affect any other rights we may have. For international orders:- Whilst there is a converter option on our website this is only an approximate price, payment will be taken in pounds sterling .
9. Delivery charges Delivery charges vary according to the type of goods ordered and cannot be refunded.
10. Delivery Occasionally, the supply of your products (s) may be delayed or prevented for reasons beyond our control – for example, material shortages, import delays or higher than anticipated demand. Where this is the case, we will, of course, make every effort to keep you informed but shall be under no liability to you for such delay or failure.
Damaged or incorrectly supplied products: You should check all products you receive against your order. If the products you receive are damaged or incorrectly supplied on delivery then you must note the details of any damage or error in supply on the delivery documentation and inform us (by post, phone or e-mail) within seven working days of delivery. You must return the products to us as soon as possible after informing us that the products are damaged or have been incorrectly supplied. Please note that we will not accept the return of any damaged or incorrectly supplied products where you fail to notify us of this within seven working days of receiving them.
Other cancelled products: If you want to cancel products that are not damaged or incorrectly supplied, then you must inform us of this within seven days of delivery. You must take reasonable care of the products that you wish to cancel and not use them. Products should be returned promptly, unopened ant at your cost. (see item 13 Cancellation rights).
11. Risk and ownership Risk of damage to or loss of the goods passes to you at the time of delivery to you, or if you fail to take delivery at the agreed time, the time when we tried to deliver. You will only own the goods once they have been successfully delivered and when we have received cleared payment in full. You must also ensure that the goods are fitted (where applicable) by a trained, competent technician.
12 Both parties shall only be liable under this contract for losses, which are a reasonably foreseeable consequence of the relevant breach of contract.
13 You must observe and comply with all applicable regulations and legislation, including obtaining all necessary customs, import or other permits to purchase goods from our site. The importation or exportation of certain of our goods to you may be prohibited by certain national laws. We make no representation and accept no liability in respect of the export or import of the goods you purchase. 14 Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to limit any rights you might have as a consumer under applicable local law or other statutory rights that may not be excluded nor in any way to exclude or limit our liability to you for any death or personal injury resulting from our negligence.
15. Notices Unless otherwise expressly stated in these terms and conditions, all notices from you to us must be in writing
16. Changes to legal notices We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time and you should look through them as often as possible.
17.Law, jurisdiction and language This website, any content contained therein and any contract brought into being as a result of usage of this website are governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Parties to any such contract agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. All contracts are concluded in English.
18. Invalidity If any part of these terms and conditions is unenforceable (including any provision in which we exclude our liability to you) the enforceability of any other part of these conditions will not be affected.
19. Privacy You acknowledge and agree to be bound by the terms of our privacy policy.
20. Third party rights Nothing in this Agreement is intended to, nor shall it confer any rights on a third party.
